When returning merchandise, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured, FedEx or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Please enclose a return letter explaining the reason for the return, along with the name, address and zip code of the person who placed the original order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange or repair. We will refund the ground postage charges of defective merchandise only.

Terms and Conditions
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and the items must be in new (sellable) condition with all hang-tags and care-tags attached. Items that have been worn or used will be accepted only for reason of manufacturer defect.
This return policy does not allow for abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by collisions, modifications, additions, changes to the original product, or other improper or abnormal conditions.
